About the event
This is a recurring offer held on the third Friday of each month.
It's open to anyone, and there's no need for previous experience in somatic or systemic healing work.
S-PACE provides a pocket in your life, where you can build capacity to feel, process it, hear the depths of our inner currents and integrate them to find the answers you need to move forward, at your organic pace.
I ask you to please keep the camera on, so that we can make the space known and transparent.
You will be muted in the Zoom room, and you will be invited to share a word or reflection at the end of the session - just if you'd like to.
