About Me

I began my professional work inside traditional health and care settings, and I was genuinely feeling in my element - but something didn't sit right. The systems and frameworks often felt too narrow, more focused on managing symptoms than understanding roots and the unique blueprint of individuals beyond the labels.

At the same time, I was navigating my own health challenges. That combination, supporting others while feeling the limits of the model, pulled me toward a more holistic view of healing that was already having an important place in my own life experience.

Earlier in life, I experienced some physical and emotional issues that couldn't be explained by the views of Western medicine and psychology.

I found the long-lasting, deep shifts and healing that supported me to come back to myself only when modern medicine and therapy met the view of holistic healing practices and philosophies.

I know what it's like to feel stuck. To carry stress in the body without even knowing it. To sense something deeper is calling, and not know where to begin.
Through my own journey, I have learned that I could heal only when I was willing to meet all of myself. The grief, the anger, the fear, the tenderness, and all the rest making up my simple complexity as a human being.

I am still walking this journey, as it is a lifetime experience - I'm still learning, to look at the emerging shadows that want to be seen by me.

However, every time I meet a new part, I feel more complete.

No part of us is wrong or needs fixing, it's about bringing those parts back home, gently, safely, and at the pace the nervous system can hold.

This is how I choose to reconnect to myself. And it's how I support others to come back to their truth, too.

I was born in Italy with both Italian and Slovenian heritage. As a teenager, I lived in Brazil far from my family, an experience that shaped my relationship with belonging, identity, and resilience. We also spent years of travelling, meeting the edges of different cultures and identities.

My path took me to India for yoga teacher training and a living experience, where I first encountered Ayurvedic and yogic perspectives on health and life energy.

After that, I spent two years immersed in Therapeutic Arts: movement, drawing, music, and acting as pathways for emotional expression.

Alongside this, I trained and worked within the NHS as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, and as a professional Counsellor for three more years.

Over the years I've integrated training in somatic therapy for C-PTSD, Reiki, breathwork, family constellations, and transpersonal psychology. I'm currently continuing studies in somatic trauma release and ritual constellations at the Nemeton School with Marco Massignan.

My Philosophy

I believe healing is the evolution of consciousness brought into the body, not just the mind.

I believe we hold immense potential as humans, when we learn to release what the body carries and strengthen the muscle of the heart.

I believe we need each other as mirrors to grow, as well as we need to remember the inherent connection we have to the ecosystems we belong to.

I also believe much of our suffering comes from conditioning that keeps us small, or emotions we hold within and haven't processed. This work is a gentle and brave expansion beyond that edge.

My Counselling and Coaching Values and Approach

Why counselling?

Because sometimes you don’t need more dwelling on the past, but rather a kind of support that helps you look in the present and forward.

Counselling helps you build inner resources, so you can meet life with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust within yourself.

It’s solution-focused, but not surface-level.

We go deep, to understand the root of what’s happening, so you’re not just “managing” your emotions,
you’re actually transforming the pattern underneath them at its core.

Why somatic, systemic, and transpersonal?

Because you are not only a thinking mind.
You are a body, a history, a nervous system, a heart… and a whole inner world.

When you’ve been through stress, trauma, burnout, or long periods of “pushing through”, talking can help,
but it’s often not the key to release the challenge at the root.

This work brings in the layers where deep shift happens.

Somatic: the body tells the truth

Your body holds what you’ve had to carry, even when your mind is trying to stay strong and functional.

A somatic approach helps us listen to sensation, breath, emotion, and the subtle signals you may have learned to ignore.
Patterns don’t live only in thoughts: they live in posture, tension, collapse, hypervigilance, numbness, and overwhelm.

When the body is included, what felt unconscious starts to become clear.
And from that clarity and saftey, we can create movement.

Systemic: you are part of a wider story

You didn’t become who you are in isolation.

Systemic work (including Family Constellations) reminds us that we are shaped by a web of visible and invisible connections: family, culture, belonging, loyalty, roles we inherited, roles we learned.

Some of what you’re living isn’t “wrong with you.”
It may be something you adapted to, to stay connected, safe, or needed.

In sessions, we explore these dynamics, so stuck patterns can soften and a new inner position can emerge, more grounded, more free and more you.

Nervous system: your central operating system

Somatic work supports your base layer: the nervous system.

Emotions are not just “in your head.”
They are biochemical waves moving through the body, constantly shaping how you think, relate, decide, and cope.

When your system has been under pressure for a long time, it makes sense that you might feel:

  • on edge

  • shut down

  • reactive

  • exhausted

  • stuck in loops you can’t think your way out of

Through somatic, emotional, and transpersonal tools, we create new pathways for feeling, thinking, and relating in a way that your system can learn that safety is the new normal, not just survive.
